Since early 2024, attorney Patrik Baur – who had been a long-time associate at the firm – has joined as a partner. His extensive experience and deep understanding of our values and structures make him a valuable asset to our firm. Attorney Pius Heeb has now retired, but to our great pleasure, he remains with us as "of counsel". He will continue to support us with his advice and guidance, and we can still rely on his knowledge and rich experience as an exceptional lawyer and long-time district judge.Together, Pius Heeb, Dominik Schatzmann, and Patrik Baur offer over 60 years of legal practice – with Pius Heeb bringing experience from both his time as a district judge and as a lawyer, Dr. Dominik Schatzmann being both an economist and a licensed attorney, as well as a passionate entrepreneur. In collaboration with our team, we provide tailored solutions for each situation, whether in areas such as family law and inheritance, contractual and tort compensation, company formation and corporate law, administrative law, or criminal defense. Dr. Dominik Schatzmann regularly gives lectures at universities and in continuing education programs, and Pius Heeb is still a regular examiner for the bar exam.Since it is important for us to maintain our structures simple and efficient on the one hand and to optimize them on the other hand, we are able to pass on these efficiencies to our clients through fair and transparent pricing. This is why we have been reliably advising a large number of clients for many years on various legal matters. Believing that everyone is entitled to their rights, we also take on legal aid mandates, with Dr. Dominik Schatzmann (for example, as a trusted lawyer for the Liechtenstein women's shelter) and Pius Heeb (a member of the board of the assisted living association) being actively engaged in many social institutions.As lawyers, we are regularly faced with exceptional situations involving our clients, particularly in difficult life circumstances, whether in divorce proceedings or inheritance disputes with family members. Philipp Schnetzer are also registered with the bar in Austria. Through the affiliated notary office of Dr. Dominik Schatzmann, many other services can be offered "in-house," from authentication during company formation to the simple certification of a signature for a purchase contract, all at fair terms.
