Amanda advises on all areas of IP rights. She is specialized in IP litigation and dispute resolution, including in particular cases concerning patents or trade secrets.Having worked with IP disputes and litigation since 2015, Amanda has extensive experience in advising on court proceedings within the area, including preliminary injunction and preservation of evidence proceedings.
